About Me

CURRENT MISSION

working and studying in Austria

ABOUT ME

The most important things about me and the environment around me. I just moved to a little town (even sleepier than Zirl) called Ranggen, because me and my boyfriend are expecting a baby...very soon (middle of September 2012). Ranggen is the perfect place to be in such a situation! It's great for hiking, searching for mushrooms, skiing and all the stuff you can do in the mountains. It's quiet and small, there's not even a grocery shop whatsoever, but within 10 min by car you can reach a supermarket and within 20 min you will be in Innsbruck.

PHILOSOPHY

I haven't decided for one yet and at the current moment I don't have the nerves to answer this question, but I will do it in a few days, when I am back home - in my romanian home, because I am just travelling around.

Still don't have the nerves to answer that question, although I'm already back home since approximately 2 years :D

My personal philosophy is to enjoy your life with your friends and your familiy, to get to know other cultures, to interact with different cultures, to widen your horizont...and so on.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can offer you a place to sleep...at the moment it could be a little bit loud and stressy, when the baby will be there finally...but nevertheless we have a big room with extra-bed for guests to sleep :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have too much couchsurfing experience yet. I was surfing someone's couch in Istanbul with 3 of my friends and it was really nice. But I think that's about my experience with couchsurfing, but I came around a bit and gained bits and pieces of experiences here and there, even though it was not with couchsurfing.

Interests

That's always the best question, and I never know how to answer it properly. I am interested in travelling-but that's not mentionable, probably, because everybody with an account on couchsurfing has somehow interests in travelling around.
I like vegetarian food (tofu and soja-stuff), and chocolate and beer. I like to do yoga. I also play the flute again (after a 2 year break) - the horizontal one - don't know if there is a more appropriate term for it.
Other interests are languages, different cultures and music.

Music, Movies, and Books

Most of the time I listen to that kind of hippie-music, The Doors, Jefferson Airplane at times, or Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, etc. and every kind of interesting new and experimental music (as well blues)...and many more...
Books at the moment mostly russian literature,...a very good one I'm reading at the moment is "Morrisons hide-out", written by Peter Henisch.
