I am a Psychologist from Spain living in Brazil. Lived many years in USA and spent time in India where I started practicing Yoga and Meditation long ago.
I live in the city of Curitiba, south of Brazil, where I impart mindfulness courses.
I am marriage and I have a son.
I am a vegetarian, love to play with kids and expend time in nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At this time I am in Spain visiting family, and I am taking the opportunity to go to Edinburgh to take a .b training on how to teach mindfulness to young kids with the MiSP (Mindfulness in Schools Project). 12 to 16 July.
After being registered for the course and got the plane tickets I was about to search for a Hostal for those days when a young niece told me about couchsurfing and I loved the idea itself, so I decided to register and try.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a monk for 17 years.

Went to Haiti to start a clinic, without money and got a land, building and staff that still is operating.

Camino de Santiago (40 days walking) as the honey moon with my wife.
