About Me

Hello, Hola!

I love to travel and am lucky enough to have done a few incredible trips in my time.
I spent a year in South America travelling and fell in love with the place and the people - and had my first experiences of Couchsurfing! I still try to travel when I can; long weekends around Europe, a trip to Costa Rica last year and hopefully Asia later this year.

I'm an easy going friendly guy, love meeting people and experiencing food, music and culture from all round the world... we're here for a good time, not a long time! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Some very kind people let me couchsurf when I was in South America, so time to repay the favour! I love to meet new people and would be happy to help visitors to London with their experience of the city.

Interests

I think I´m quite an open minded person and try to make the most of opportunities when I travel. So far on my travels I have jumped out of a plane, run off a cliff, climbed an ice glacier, white-water rafted, boarded down sand dunes and been pooed on by a monkey in Marakech (I didn´t plan that one, but I still had to pay for it...)

My life back in England is not quite so crazy, but I like to make the most of living in London. I go to art galleries, exhibitions, cinema, clubs with friends and my hobbies are photography and football.

Music, Movies, and Books

That classic traveller's book... The Alchemist

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Praia de Pipa, Brazil - my first surfing lesson and all of a sudden there were dolphins playing only a few meters away from where I was paddling. It was an incredible moment.
2. Iguazu Falls, Argentina - maybe one of the most amazing sights of nature I´ve ever seen.
3. Snowbombing Festival, Mayherhofen Austria - my first time snowboarding and it was at a crazy week long music festival which was one big party!

Teach, Learn, Share

Erm... I could teach English? Or if you´d like to learn the guitar? I'm not bad at photography. I can also teach a really good trick for when you are at work and want to pretend you´re really busy so no-one bothers you!

Quiero practicar mi Espanol! I also like drawing and illustration - would like to get better at that.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good times, some nice food and advice on places to go around London. A bit of the 'real' South London away from the tourist areas...
