HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I continue to practice couch surfing like a pro even when I am just making little adventures to the neighboring islands and to visit friends around the Salish Sea on the mainland. I like to contribute something like cooking and cleaning, or overhauling the compost system. The way I like to connect is through the heart, so for those yearning for that kind of nourishment, it ends up being a really sweet exchange. I am a song leader and love to teach songs to my friends and learn theirs. I can put on a song circle at your house! You can sit in the middle and just listen if you want!

When I host I want to give guests the experience of kindness, generosity of spirit, and a taste of the soul of the place I live in.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

meeting folks in europe to stay with often occurred without effort, but sometimes i used this web resource to meet people. in granada, spain, i stayed for a week at a squat with two latvian guys and then with a gal from the US another week. both parties i met in plaza nueva, near where i camped the first night on the hill up to alhambra. i've been so fortunate.

all around the U.S on the HOOP TOUR i stayed with members of my tribe who i'd not yet met in this lifetime. it was great to reunite and share a bit. i even fell in love deeply once. AMAZING!

i carried a bicycle and full backpack accross a part of pantalica canyon! quite tiring and invigorating. in ancona, italy, i saw impressive storms roll in off the adriatic sea.
goat births!
hearts opening like suns in a song circle of fifty individuals in minneapolis. sharing my song was powerful.

Hitch-biked around the country in fifteen months.

i'd like to learn more primitive skills. i know now how to make fire, weave baskets, make cordage, buckskin, bark tan, and do some cooking using primitive methods... but i need more practice!
