HI! I'm Horacio from México and I'm anthropologist. For now I am research assistant, I work with issues such as drug policies and sacred plants, their traditional and non-traditional uses. In Latinoamérica as in other parts of the world there has always been a ritual use, in ceremonies, in a therapeutic or simply recreational way, but now there are many stigmas around it, it is important to inform us, to know and to debate ... I work for that

I like all audiovisual expressions, especially the documentary format, seems to me one of the best ways to visualize realities, events and human dailyities. It is impossible to show a reality objectively to 100%, but the documentary is a good invitation to become more aware and more informed in this world that everything is moving fast. Now I work to be a visual anthropologist in the future.

Musica, film e libri

I'm always looking for new music to listen. I like world music (I don't agree with this term), jazz, rap, reggae, electronic, dancehall, cumbia, experimental, etc... And all the new reconfigurations or expressions of music like tradicional African music with electronic or tradicional music from Latinoamérica with contemporary sounds.

I like read books about music, haha.
