I want to get to know the real authentic lifestyle of the people of the places I visit by staying with locals. Also to get tips on the cool eateries and hanging out spots that you could never find about in a Lonely Planet. And, by hosting people from other countries, I would like to gain a new perspective on my own land and life from others' viewpoints. I also enjoy showing folks the cool places in my hometown, specifically those not listed in guidebooks.
