About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To catalog what each culture smells like. I'm to understand we Americans are "red meat."
ABOUT ME
I absorb anything new and unique. I want to learn and ask questions. Aside from that, I believe I could subsist on turkey sandwiches and diet cola if necessary. Zombies tend to fascinate me as of late, and I write and re-write a lot of stuff I never show anyone though someday I might forge the bravery necessary to share. I criticize people because I understand them and I know they can do better.
PHILOSOPHY
I hope each day I get closer to perfection without ever reaching it because I'd never want to stop improving.
Interests
Films (both pop and artistic), current events, comedy, sarcasm/irony, video games, beer, trivia, sports (but sorry, World - not soccer), new people, breakfast cereals with cartoons on the front, comfortable chairs (or couches), old things.

Music, Movies, and Books
Tarantino films, quotable films both good and bad, classic rock, 80's pop, horror films, classic British literature (have renewed my love of Dickens), humorists.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I taught an 11 year-old to successfully use a semi-colon as part of her writing. This is as metaphorically close to climbing the summit of a mountain as I've ever come.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you come to Maryland, I can show you how to efficiently shell and eat a steamed blue crab. I am ridiculously well-rounded in American pop culture and I'm an English teacher, so I suppose I can teach English writing and reading.
