CURRENT MISSION I love to travel and make new friends. Love scuba diving and adventure activities. ABOUT ME Moved to Adelaide Hills from Perth 3yrs ago. I'm also really interested in health. I make my own kefir and kombutcha tea. I've been exploring Raw Food recipes. I also used to be a chef. I have a 5yr old daughter and we have traveled together to India, Bali, Gili Islands, Lombok, Laos, Thailand, USA, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, China, Fiji. She's an awesome traveler. I've visited about 41 countries now. PHILOSOPHY I try to live like a buddhist as much as possible. I try to have a minimal impact on my surroundings, i'm big into recycling and gardening/permaculture, animals. I'm a very happy friendly person. Always love to help people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a couchsurfers friend from Taiwan, a French & German couple, 2 guys from Finland, a family of 3 for a week who we stayed with in Xian China plus some lovely French.

I have met a few cs at a pub meetup but would love to make more friends all over the world and perhaps find love one day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In London when stuck for accommodation i was taken in by some lovely people.
I met a great couchsurfer in Boracay Philippines and he introduced me to so many fun people.
I've also couchsurfed in Taiwan at a lovely girls house and went travelling with a German girl around Taiwan.

I cs around America, some of Mexico, Central/South America and made lots of wonderful couchsurfer friends. Plus the locals were also wonderful and friendly.

Interests

I love to keep fit, I'm currently doing hot yoga and travel as much as possible. I enjoy swimming in the ocean, scuba diving, jet skiing, I've tried wake boarding (need a lot more practise), white water rafting, sledging, snow skiing, caving, zip lining, river tracing, rollerblading. Plus I love rides & rollercoasters.

Life is for living...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love most music. I love to dance. I have a big selection of movies. I also own a lot of cookbooks.
I do a lot of research into health, nutrition & sustainability.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed Mt Fuji. Japan is one of my favourite countries :)
Travelled most of Philippines.
Tulum in Cancun Mexico area was breath taking.
Big Island and Maui were also sensational. I flew in a helicopter over lava.
Did volcano boarding in Nicaragua, did the plank walk on Mount Hua China & I've visited 6 of the wonders of the world.

Craziest trip was 10 countries in 6 weeks with my then 3yr old daughter.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a vast knowledge about cooking, growing food and travel.
I'd love to set up a health retreat in the future and teach people about sustainable living and permaculture.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Happy to explore Adelaide with couchsurfers or meet up overseas & travel.

When traveling I love to help around the house cooking & tidying. We always take gifts & if you're lucky some Aussie Tim Tam biscuits 😁
