COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since joining two years ago I've met some very nice people who've opened their homes to me and made me feel a little less alone and more human as I've traveled around Europe.

I'm easily entertained. I love to cook and eat. Love dogs. And stories. I can walk for miles and miles and miles. I've variously been an artist, writer, teacher, talk show host, and corporate tool, now studying sustainable farming in Scandinavia.

Bluegrass, experimental, blues, industrial. Weird movies. These days all I read is textbooks. Very sad.

I'm a fountain of useless food knowledge, like the religious origins of Corn Flakes or the Dutch massacre of Indonesian cardammon growers in the 1800s. Good times! I can explain just about anything to just about anyone. I want to build a house someday with my own hands - maybe you know how?
