Operations management student who likes to travel the world. I've lived in Austria where I fell in love with foreign languages and with talking to people from other countries and walks of life. I am often looking for the next adventure, and like to see cool ideas applied. At heart I'm an optimist.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Having been away from home and traveling by myself so much, I've had many experiences surfing friends' couches on the weekends away from school. I'm moving around a lot lately for internships every other semester and for study abroad, and like meeting the type of people who are on couch surfing.

Interests

Guitar, speaking foreign languages, love longboarding/ snowboarding/ skiing/ Ice skating.

Music festivals, edm, folk, indie. Bunbury plays every year in my hometown of Cincinnati and the lineups are always amazing for a city our size.

Entrepreneurship, I've stared a small business in college reselling textbooks and have been working on one for a website that connects users to people who can tutor them live in foreign languages.

Music: Elton John, The Chain Smokers, Chance, Fleetwood Mac, Nakko and Medicine for the People. This list could go on forever and includes everything including Disco.

Movies/Books: The Prestige, Watchmen, Breakfast Club, Back to the Future, Three Idiots and Taree Zameen Paar (bollywood movies I'd highly recommend)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stood on Mt Vesuvius and the Eifell tower in the same week.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the Hindi and German that I know. Cooking is something I'd do for any host that would have me and most of my recipes are potato based. Id love to learn greetings and phrases in any language you know and hear recommendations on where to stay if I'm visiting and what you'd like to do in the city when I'm hosting.
