I am a retired veterans advocate. I'm in a position to do some traveling and see the world. I guess you could say I'm laid back but try to keep busy with my many and varied interests. I own my own home and of course there is a never ending list of things to do. I am single and footloose and fancy free. As far as hobbies go I am interested in trying new things. I golf, play tennis, kayak, gardening, hiking, walking, etc. I'm in pretty good shape and like to stay active. If you have any questions, just ask! I'll ad more later. That's all for now.

I guess you could say I'm a people person and enjoy meeting and talking with just about anybody. I'm very interested in traveling and think that meeting people this way, meeting like minded people, is a great way to get started.

I'm a child of the 60's, 70's and so my musical interests start here but I really enjoy most genres of music. Classical, rock, and so on. Not much interest in rap, heavy metal, big band, 40's, 50's.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived being in the Army in Viet Nam as a door gunner. I jumped out of a perfectly good airplane, static line parachute jump when I was in my early 20's. That was exciting!! Road motorcycles but only of road and had some real wild experiences. I've had a number of amazing experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always willing to learn. I have always been willing to share, whether it be experiences, what I've learned through life experiences, what I learned from being schooled, and even half of my sandwich with someone who needs a bite. I'll definitely share a conversation over a glass of wine or a beer. I can teach a child to play catch or how to play nice with others. I'm not sure you can teach an adult anything, maybe give advice and hope they follow it.
