ABOUT ME

I'm girl with short hair and a perpetually sniffle-y nose. Brunch is my favorite part of the weekend, and if you're staying with us on a Sunday morning, we'll probably drag you out to brunch or make some at home. I live with my husband Jordan, who's a big, tall guy who's good at building stuff. We both like bikes, gardening, and being rowdy when the situation calls for it. We're starting a band and if it's anything like what goes on in our head it'll be chaotic and awesome.

Interests

Bikes, baking, music, capoeira, being outside, fixing bikes, cooking, gardening, teaching other people to fix their bikes, community supported agriculture, drinking lots of coffee and tea, reading in the sun, going on fabulous adventures (even tiny ones in my little town), my kittens, fabulous dance parties, the accordion and teaching myself to play it, the word fabulous, board games, good beer, museums, knitting, basically everything ever.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books - good ones! Mostly non-fiction.

Movies - aren't really my favourite things, but I like fanciful things like the Science of Sleep and Amelie.

Music - all sorts! Man Man, Need New Body, Brian Seeger, Mirah, Azure Ray, the Staples Singers, Beulah, The Knife, Tokyo Police Club, Jose Gonzalez, Smog, Townes Van Zandt, Ninja High School, and Jon Rae and the River are some of my favourites
