One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every day is a gift and blessing to make a change and to be the most wonderful version of yourself. I have a birthday every day and I celebrate the beauty of life.

Within one day I swam in a cold mountain river, cold Aegean sea, and a warm spa pool - on the island of Samothraki, Greece.

I hitchhiked from Cologne to Amsterdam and then to Bratislava :) sleeping in the wild (no tent) for 3 nights

I can learn from anyone. "some people are a lesson, other people are a blessing". I am thankful to all situations and people I meet in the wonderful journey through life. I would love to share yoga classes, fun stories, healthy sustainable tips, great vegetarian food I love to cook!
