About Me
CURRENT MISSION
...work out how to finish my studies in Australia
ABOUT ME
I think it's best to let you be the judge of who I am, but for the purpose of allowing that to happend I'll just say I'm a kind, polite and an easygoing guy who can find a subject to talk about with just about anyone.
Besides my studies I work on projects that promote inclusion of youngsters with mental disabilities in society at large. In May we have our main event, a four day festival in Ljubljana with workshops and other fun activities...anyone is welcome to join us!!:)
PHILOSOPHY
Acceptance is the key to prosperous future. Without it we are looking at a world of misery and destruction.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As a newcomer to the CS community I'm hoping to surf some couches as well as to host people on mine.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Non existent so far, but I'm hoping very much this will change in the next couple of weeks!!!:)
Interests
Learning, teaching, knowing...any thing, any time, any place!:) I'm interested in just about any subject, even more in those concerning education (sports, politics and economy not so much). I love the outdoors, sunshine, nature, any sports or other physical activities, playing social and board games, watching movies, listening to music, discovering and experiencing new things, even cleaning but one of my biggest passions is definitely COOKING!

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy all kinds of movies (with the possible exception of horror movies), especially those of Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Jim Jarmusch, Pedro Almodóvar and movies such as Grizzly man, El secreto de sus ojos, Man on the moon, La belle verte, Ten canoes and many others..
All sorts of music suit me. I've listened to lots of etno, lounge, electronic, reggae, rock, jazz, alter, even pop and other...and for the last few weeks I've been intensely enjoying the Putumayo collection with pop-etno music from all over. I recommend it warmly!
Honestly I haven't read a book that wasn't for my studies for way to long. Hopefully I'll soon get a suggestion I won't be able to refuse:) Otherwise I was delighted over H. Kureishi's The buddha of suburbia, A. Huxley's Brave new world and Freedom in Exile by Dalai Lama.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most recent would be bungee jumping (now in search of a higher jump:)..
Teach, Learn, Share
As I mentioned, I love to cook. I'm always ready to try a new recipe or to learn a new one, to teach anyone or to be thought by anyone.
I can also show you around my hometown, Ljubljana or teach you to tie some knots (a very useful thing to know).
I'm always delighted to get any suggestions for a good movie, book or a music album and share my favorites with you.
Also, I would love to hear about your country and any impression or experince from your travels elsewhere!
