- I was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, where are my friends, family, and my family's animals.
When I had 17th y.o. I became a student in Katowice, Poland. I was studying History of Arts, Politology and finally Business and Finance.

- Nowadays I am working in an international corporation in the field of finance/administration.
I also organize charity events/campaigns and I am the gun instructor at a local shooting range. My mission is to teach people how to safely operate weapons, for a donation to the Ukrainian Army. 🔰
In the afternoon I train boxing in at a local club. 🥊
Furthermore, I have a wife- her name is Diana, and she is also from Kyiv.
Also, I have a little doggy and an adult cat :)

- What about my character - I am a colorful and dynamic person. I cannot sit in one place - I love people, nature, bikes, books, handmade stuff, travel, music, football, tennis, judo, boxing, and different food (even cooking). My philosophy is to live right now and right there. Yesterday already was, and tomorrow could not even come.

- If you are interested in visiting Ukraine/Poland, some places, or whatever - please, let me know and I will do my best to help you with hosts/advice and other useful information. :)

What kind of host and accommodations I can offer you :) Our place is in a centre of Katowice, so it is a good infrastructure around. We got one big bed in a shared room. In addition, I can cook some food for you, in our host, so it is forbidden to be hungry and bored with us! :) Remember, there is always a lovely cat Mira an a doggy called Charlie in our flat.

About my city and opportunities here :)
In Katowice, and this is not the central or major city in Poland, there is less than 1.5 hours by train to Kraków (there are many cheap flights from Airport) and less than 3 hours to Wrocław and Poznań. Also, you can easily get to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest,( bout 5-7 hours by bus) and the tickets are really not so expensive. You see, there are good opportunities to travel from Katowice and everyone can use it! That is why I prefer this city!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's an excellent way to meet new people from different countries, socialize with them, share each culture, and have fun together.
If there are many opportunities to see the world, discovering it together will be the best option.
Each trip with local CS people I remember forever.

Interests

My passions are boxing, bikes (fixed gear and gravel), different sports, mountains, nature and outdoor activities, guns and interesting people. I also love different designed & unusual stuff, handmade, upcycling..

Therefore... do things that I never did before. Everything, just only not to sit in a one place :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling without any money by hitchhiking.
Draw the huge picture for my girlfriend and mother through one day.
Organized a bike race to help children.
Sleep on the street in a heart of Vienna.
Go to the mountains on my fixed-gear bike in winter.
Ride a gravel race.
Started boxing.
Became a gun instructor.
Organized and still organizing several fundraising campaigns.

Teach, Learn, Share

The residence of Poland in Kyiv ( 2 years).
English school, several self-development courses, an MBA program in Ukraine, History of Arts, Marketing, and Politology, and finally bachelor's degree in Business and Finance.

What I Can Share with Hosts

One big bed in a shared room. But it's comfortable, hot shower, toilet, and kitchen. Our flat is in a center of town. You need no bus to get to our place :) And of course, my cat is around there.
