CURRENT MISSION

I just got my Working Holiday Visa for New Zealand and will spend one year in this amazing country. After that, I'd like to travel to South American if I can save enough money.

ABOUT ME

I'm a girl from Xi'an, China. I just got my Master's Degree in Earth Science. Yeah, I love my major, but I don't like the jobs related to that, so boring and unchallenged. That's why I applied working holiday visa for New Zealand. I want to experience a totally different life and then think about what to do in the future.

I'm a easygoing, warmed-hearted girl who is always with smile ;). Traveling is my favorite thing to do in my life. And as so far I have been to most places in China (you know, China is sooo big), some countries in South Asia and Europe.

As for me, traveling is not just about sightseeing and taking pictures. It turns out to be more interesting to travel all by myself and meet different people all round the world. I don't like to make detailed plans, but I want to know my major direction, for only in this way could I experience as many unexpected wonderful things as I can. How amazing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed 7 times and they were all great. I haven't host anyone for I have no fixed place to live for now, but I will if I have my own apartment!

There are many movies that I really like. But my favorite one is The Motorcycle Diaries! This movie tells about 'Two lives running parallel for a while, with common aspirations and similar dreams', and I really want to find a friend who can travel with me with 'common aspirations and similar dreams'.

I have tried to travel by hitchhiking for more than 1.6 km in China, and hitchhiked in East Europe also. Luckily, I have met so many nice people during my trips

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I'm good at Chinese cooking and I can teach you to make traditional Chinese food if you like;) I'd like to learn about your culture, just like a few words in your language, your favorite traditional food and drinks, and your festivals and so on...Of course I can share you with my traveling experience. I have experienced many wonderful things and met a lot of interesting people.
