About Me

I'm an international student from China, who study Msc Public management in University of Birmingham. It's a really fantastic experience to study abord and I find the style in Great Britain is totally different from where I came from. Wuhan, located in the central on China, is my home town, containing more than 10 million residents. However, there is not so much diversities compare to where I study now. I have to say, in terms of my personality, I'm a bit of shy when meeting strangers, but this can change through some casual talks.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's always fun to meet new people! And it's a cost-effective way to travel too. To be honest, as an international student here, there is limited time for me to make new friends, so courchsurfing maybe enlarge my friend zone, not resricted on the campus, but to meet all walks of life and share each others stories and life experiences if it is availble. All the things that I went grough can always be my treasure of life.

Interests

Listening to music and watch movies

Music, Movies, and Books

I like electronic dance music, which can always turn me on when I'm in the bad mood. And songs sung by Rihanna, obviouly, she is like an angel to me.
///
I like movies like " Final Destination" "The Hill Has Eyes" "Wrong Turn" "Saw" etc. I don't like movies which can make me feel suffering the mental maltreat or something. Sometimes I watch cartoons .
///
In fact, I don't like reading even I have a Kindle bought from my father as a gift. So, my ideas may sometimes be really superficial, and I apologize for all the mistakes I did or might do.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studying in UOB I guess. The whole application session take 6 months to settle down and this is the once and only time that I truly left Wuhan to study alone. Everything is new to me. I try to emerge myself into the British culture and make new friends as i can.

Teach, Learn, Share

I was born and raised in Wuhan, on of the big city in China. There is no especial things coming to my life and hope I can encounter one in the future times.

If you are interested in China or you've been to Wuhan, then sure we can have lots talks.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can bring my own bed sheet and other things connect to personal hygiene . If there is any preference from the Host, I can do my best to match it.
///
If you are interested in Chinese culture, the basic view is all I got. But I can also find some information for you. If you are interested in upbringing of my child life, it's OK for me to share unless you don't feel monotonous listening the mundane life.
