CURRENT MISSION

whver people in australia，I worked as a university teacher in China for three and a half years. I was tired of the boring work content in China. Every day was about thesis student work. My mobile phone had to be on 24 hours a day for work. During the epidemic period, I had not been abroad since I returned to China from the United States. It was these three years that made me feel that I should be free and happy again, so thanks to the Australian government’s exemption from using the previous WHV visa, I quit my job and came to Australia. I like the days when I can live my own life after work.

I like traveling, making friends from different countries, and learning new cultures. I am about to complete the three visas of whv, and then I can freely choose my career and hobbies to study. I have been in Australia for almost a year, and I want to try something that I have never done before in China. The first time I got into CS was when I was an undergraduate student in China. At that time, I traveled to the United States to save money and got into CS. When I was a student, I never had much money to spend on travel. Because as an adult, I can’t keep asking my parents for money. Thanks to CS, I got to know a lot of people and culture, and quickly helped me establish a new world view. Later, when I was a graduate student, I traveled with the friends I made, so I am very familiar with the United States and even almost to get married to my American boyfriend in Los Angeles. However, after getting along with each other, I found that I like people who are independent, motivated and active in life. We have been together for 4 years, and I have stayed in China there for 3 years during the epidemic. I didn't go back to the United States ，so we broke up and I came to Australia to work alone. In December 2019, my American boyfriend and I came to Australia from Los Angeles to travel for a month. I thought I would never come to Australia again until March 2022 when I came to Australia alone to look for a job. I became more... Thinking happily makes my heart relax. Now, I want to use CS as a platform to learn more about Australian culture, because I find that Australian culture is so different from American culture. Even the Australians I know are shy. The focus is on Australian English culture. It's also very interesting.
