Hey! I’m Hubert, 35, and I’m really into traveling and meeting people from all over the world.
I’ve been part of Couchsurfing for almost 15 years (with a few breaks here and there), and it’s always been about sharing stories, cultures, and good vibes.

I’ve been living in Iceland for the past 10 years, working two full-time jobs at the airport: one in ground operations directly for an airline, and the other as an airline security agent for a company cooperating with the TSA and CBSA.

I’ve traveled to dozens of countries and I like a balanced travel style — mixing chill time with physical activity. Whether it’s exploring a new city, going for a hike, or just having a good conversation over coffee or a beer, I’m always up for it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly I would like to polish my english 😃 and share travelling experiences and find out new inspiration and who know maybe travel buddy in future.
I have great experience with hosting, surfing, and traveling together.
Thanks to Couchsurfing, my English keeps getting better and better, and thanks to Couchsurfing I’ve made many friends in different countries and learned a lot about cultures, languages, and people.

I don’t have a lot of free time because of work, but I’d be very happy to grab a beer together or simply go sightseeing around the city 🙂
