ABOUT ME

Im a pretty laid back person. My passion in life is dog training (positive reinforcement only). And bird hunting with self trained dogs. It is amazing the harmony with nature I feel when an animal companion and myself work together to achieve a common goal. Watching a dog do what they were born and bred for never fails to impress me. I spend alot of time with friends and family. I live in my home town because I have yet to find a place with friendlier people of the highest quality.

PHILOSOPHY

If you have good people around you more good things then bad will happen. If you have bad people around you more bad then good will happen.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If you belive in my philosophy you are welcome at my home. I have two spare bedrooms and multiple couches for future friends. If you are in a group of more then four I can find place to sleep but may not all be at the same house. I hopefully will find good people to meet on a coming up trip to europe. I will cook for any guests in my home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Besides haveing friends "long term" surf at my place, not much. I would like to change that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The flood of 09. Watching a couple 65 or older and a six yearold in a pink snow suit fill sandbags and load them into my truck, during a full blizzard with water rising on three sides of us and within 20 meters. After days on end of building dikes i will never forget that sight and the pride in my community I felt at that moment. The neighbors and my house was saved but unfortunately not all the dikes held.

I would like to belive im a good hunter. If anyone would like to share my love of the outdoors and dares to travel here in oct nov or dec I would be happy to share.
