Movies: rather artistic movies from Europe than mass-production from Hollywood (exception: James Bond movies).

Music: alternative, rock, punk, metal (but good electro is not that bad).

Books: crimes (e.g. Mankell, Krajewski), reportage-documentary (e.g. Kapuściński), Vargas Llosa.
