ABOUT Me

-I was ordained as a buddhist monk with 13. After 10 year living as a monastic I decided to disrobe.

- I traveled through Germany, Mexiko, United States of America, Canada and Norway for over 1,5 years with a friend and without money and no strict destination.

-I walked the Shikoku (88Temple) Pilgrimage in Japan.

- Thanks to couchsurfing and the great people I meet one of the most changing experiences of my life.

- I walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain and France 900km by food.

- Have a Diploma at the Buddhist Pali University of Sri Lanka

-Studied at Maastricht University, B.Sc. Psychology and neuroscience, Groningen University, M. Sc. Clinical Psychology.

- Now I do a clinical apprenticeship at Psychiatrie to get my licencing in Psychology and do another master at the univerity of Bern in cognitive behavioral Psychology.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-I was the youngest European monk ordained
-I taught meditation at MIT
-I almost died in Mexico a desert
- I have been in Norway behind the arctic circle with summer cloths and a tent and watched the northern lights and almost died there too
-I meet the Dalai Lama , Thích Nhat Hạnh and the Karmapa in Person
-I was a attendant for Ajahn Brahm
-I was in Big Sur, Sequoia and many different and exciting National Parks around the world, Oh I love the outdoors.
-I experienced that it means to have nothing and still be vulnerable, happy and at peace at the same time.
- I hitchhiked through North Amerika
- I saw grizzlies and Braun bears live, very close to me.
I worked in the Mexican jungle on a rescue farm
- I have build a space truck that was on the burning man
- And plenty more stories that are worth mentioning but we will probably talk about them some day ;)
