I'm currently studying on exchange at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.

I'm a laid back kind of person, who would prefer hanging out and watching a movie to going out to a club. My favorite things to do when I travel are exploring the hidden gems of each city and going on hikes to wherever is nearby.

This is my first time on Couchsurfing, and I'm really looking forward to meeting a bunch of new people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people. Especially when they're from places I've never been to.

While on exchange, I am planning on traveling all across Europe by myself. Couchsurfing is a lot cheaper than Airbnb homes and hostels, and I thought it would be pretty neat to take the experience a step further to meet as many people as I could that actually live in the places I am visiting.

I'm really interested in learning more about the different types of people I meet and the subtle cultures of places I travel to, rather than just seeing all of the touristy things.
