ABOUT ME/US
We are Laura and Will from Madison Wisconsin and Minneapolis MInnesota in the United States (the northern part, right under Canada!). We are new to couch surfing are excited to try it out and meet new people! Will (my fiance) and I will be traveling around New Zealand, Australia, and the South Pacific for a year starting September 2016. We quit our jobs (social worker and beer salesman) to live an that "nomad life" before we come back to the United States and do the whole marriage/house/settle down thing. We are laid back and friendly! We love the outdoors, making new friends, and sharing a meal with others.

We currently live in Cardrona New Zealand.

We love all types of music. Laura plays guitar and sings, and spent some time fronting a funk/blues band!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Inca Trail in Peru- so impressed by the people who live there and the workers on the trail! The views were legendary.
Will lived abroad in the Czech Republic, and Laura lived abroad in Northern Ireland... both amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

Laura plays guitar and ukulele (as well as singing and song-writing) and would be more than happy to share! Will sold beer for several years and has a wealth of knowledge about craft beer and brewing :) We can share our culture with others and cook delicious (at least we think so) food for hosts!
