I am a 25 year old guy that study Industrial engineering and Management in the fantastic student town of Lund in Sweden. This year I am having a gap year from university to work and travel and currently I am on a trip through Asia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing to get a genuine meeting with another person and culture.

When I was travelling alone in 2012 I met some people through couchsurfing and it was one of the best experience during that trip. To have a right-down insight in another persons life and culture. We only met up to hang out a couple of nights which was really nice and I would love to do that again. And I would also really love to try the concept as a surfer, since I've met several people who has spoken very highly about it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am currently not reading as much as I want to, just a novel every now and then. I would really love start reading the great classics whenever I can take the time.

When it comes to movies I like whatever, as long as it has an interesting unexpected story, well written dialoge or nice picture. Preferably all of them together, like for example the TV-show Veronica Mars.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Earlier during this trip I went up to see the sunrise at the top of Mount Rinjani in Indonesia. I was total exhausted sitting on top of the vulcano after 3 days of hiking, but it was so rewarding.
