ABOUT ME

I'm a twenty one years old dedicated observer, studying cinema and trying to get a degree in direction, frequently looking for the best spot to set the camera, and full of nostalgia for the times gone by.

PHILOSOPHY

'The nuns taught us there were two ways through life — the way of nature and the way of grace. You have to choose which one you’ll follow. Grace doesn’t try to please itself. Accepts being slighted, forgotten, disliked. Accepts insults and injuries. Nature only wants to please itself. Get others to please it too. Likes to lord it over them. To have its own way. It finds reasons to be unhappy when all the world is shining around it. And love is smiling through all things. The nuns taught us that no one who loves the way of grace ever comes to a bad end.'

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have been hosted by a lot of nice people and made a lot of friends during an inter-rail trip through France, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. Never had a bad experience at all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swim at midday by the staircase of some palace leading to the fresh waters of Lake Como. Attend a theater group for youngsters where I found my friends for life. Drive in a motorcycle under the biggest storm ever and through wide puddles of dirty water. Ride a bike through the plains of Holland during the winter with anyone or anything at sight. Spend the all morning trying to dive in the glacial waters of Hallstatt. Listening to Fleet Floxes while travelling through swiss mountains.

I always have something to say in what comes to films. But I don't have any special abilities, except walk on stilts. Anyway, I'll think about it. And I also have a personal special dish that I'm always ready to cook.
