Overview
About Me
Bookseller since many years, i've always wanted to live the adventures that i red regularly. Life is short and i want to enjoy as much as i can the beauties of the world while i can ! I've traveled and sometimes worked in many countries, from Guyana to Belgium, counting Malaysia and Mali.
I'm currently starting a company, a japan manga kissa in Toulouse.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I believe that the real understanding of a culture or a country can only be achieved by knowing its people in a "untourist way". Which can only be obtained through local advices for places to go or things to do. Although, people on couchsurfing tend to be more open-minded and curious because of their travel experiences. And i aways love a good chat !
I created this account a while ago without using it. Now it's time.
Interests
As a contemplative man i love to sit on the terrace with a beer or a coffee and just look at the people, eventually writing about what I see. I grew up in a farm with a chef so I'm really curious about the food from all countries and will always try something that I don't know and attempt to recreate it when I'm home.
I need some art in my daily routine. At least reading a little but it includes singing, dancing, a beautiful sightseeing or simply a walk in a museum. The culture of a country is for me as important that his people or his story.
I love adventure and to make memories in unusual places. Best moments of my life are from my travels and if I can find someone to share it with, well then it becomes magic.
