Hey guys! We are a couple currently travelling in several parts of the world for our honeymoon. We lived in Amsterdam, The Netherlands for the last 7 years.

Jenn is originally from South Africa, 31 years old and has been living in The Netherlands for the last 12 years. She likes music, dancing and singing, cooking (she makes the best ramen), a good warm bath, creative arts, reading.
Hugo is French, 32 years old, has been living in The Netherlands for about 7 years. He is into any outdoor sports, guitar, street photography, plants.

We are laid back, we do our best to be friendly to others and to the environment, we are curious and we don't take ourselves too seriously :) ! We are always up for an adventure and believe that travelling is about great encounters.

Things we like: cheese, sun, cooking together or with friends, games, a good music record playing in the house, dancing, a good wine, plants, yoga, good coffee in the morning.

Things we don't like: People who are unecessarilly loud, disrespecful or self-absorbed, shitty weather, tasteless food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting great new people, having local experiences, immersing in the local culture.

Hugo has been using CouchSurfing as a surfer and a host in France and Canada. We are now using it as a couple during our trip. We have also hosted many people as a BnB in our flat in Amsterdam for 2 years.
We always take time to know who are our hosts/guests and spend time with them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering in a small village in Thailand for 2 months. The aim was to build a school in a self sufficient village and give English classes to children. Amazing time, great encounters, different vision of life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Share experience from our countries and travels, cooking amazing dishes together, speaking French/English/Dutch/Spanish, the rest we will discover when we meet :)
