About Me
CURRENT MISSION
relocate, reestablish, and fall in love with a new home all over again.
ABOUT ME
For most of my life I've lived in a small red-neck town in Connecticut until I ventured to New Haven when they started an occupy camp. I met some awesome people and I ended up moving to Portland with them.
I've learned I really love traveling and would love to go backpacking some day. For now I'm trying to surf around and explore the Portland area.
PHILOSOPHY
I asked my friend what he thinks I should put for my personal philosophy and he said, "Life is often vast when you put napping to the task." Okay, so I like to take naps occasionally. I also love going for walks, playing with adorable animals and video games. Learn to enjoy the little things and your life will be so much better.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment I'm surfing but I would love to eventually host.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am brand new to couch surfing and I'm excited to get some experience to put here.
Interests
I love camping and being outside in general. I would eventually love to have a garden. I love all animals from fluffy to scaly and dearly miss my pets from Connecticut. I love exploring new places and making adventures out of normal situations.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love just about all music. I listen to a wide variety and love discovering new artists. I'm also currently learning how to play guitar. Some of my favorite at the moment: Owl City, Senses Fail, Coheed & Cambria, Type O Negative, He Is We, Death Cab for Cutie...
For movies if I had to pick a favorite genre, I would definitely have to pick horror. However, I'm just about always down for any movie.
I'll read just about anything I can get my hands on. I can easily enjoy anything from historical non-fiction to fantasy
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was stranded by myself in Africa when I ran into a herd of wild giraffes. I befriended them and they adopted me into their family. For years we galloped around and played together. Then, we ran into some human tourists and I decided to come back to the US so my family knew I was okay.
Okay so it didn't really happen... yet.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn how to play some sort of musical instrument. I would also really enjoy learning how to cook decent vegetarian food. I open to learning just about anything you could possibly teach me. We can all learn from each other and I'm sure there's something I can teach you. I also know a bit about knitting.
