I live in Nantes with my gf and 2 kids. I love sports and being outdoors, especially trail running and paragliding.
I also love to make new connections and meet new people, share experiences and try new things :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First it's about meeting people and increasing life's chances to make interesting connections, then it's also about being able to make travels I couldn't afford at all otherwise.

Our place is really small so sadly we can't accept guests, I'm really sorry about that...

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a wide variety of music, from classical to jazz, blues and rock, including trip hop, electro and pop :)

I mainly read sci fi novels (I've read a lot!) and business books (have you read Freakonomics? I can't wait to tell you about it ^^ )

I prefer mainstream movies where I can turn my brain on and enjoy a good time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekked 16 hours straight in a day (Pemi Loop, White Mountains, USA)
Lived in Montreal for 4 years
Tried paragliding... and become addicted to it :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I try to share and teach EVERYTHING that I know. it's one of my main motivations and pleasures in life. on the day I'm writing this, I proposed to my colleagues to have them try paragliding on the ground :)
I've given dancing and cooking classes, I've been an ultimate frisbee coach, I love to share whatever I know and whatever I know how to do.

and i'll learn anything. Learning a new thing makes me so happy!

What I Can Share with Hosts

everything I know. I can teach how to throw a frisbee in many ways you don't know are possible, i can teach you the basics of paragliding (I usually have a frisbee and my paraglider with me)

I can cook too, love it :)
