About Me

Please read my "Profile" and "My Home", and tell me the specific reasons why you want to stay with me. If not, I will reject you without any reason.

ABOUT ME

My name is HuiChi, a 26 years old girl from Taiwan. I study political science of international relations. I was an exchange student in Universidad de Salamanca for one year (2014/9-2015/6).
From the middle of July of 2015 I came back to Taipei to finish my final semester(or year) of university.
I am a very friendly, easygoing and optimistic person.
I love exercising, especially working out, swimming and jogging .
I love hiking and any water related outdoor activities. I was blessed to born in an island, Taiwan, where mountains constitute two-third of its land. Besides, my city, Taipei, consists of more than 50 reachable hiking trails. Thus, I am looking for couchsurfers to join my "hiking trails in Taipei" project. I want to finish all the hiking trails in Taipei one day and then all the challenging ones(top 100) in Taiwan.
I love traveling and meeting new people cause we can share different experience of our own country and sometimes getting culture shock is interesting. I like to travel with self-responsible traveling companions and meet new people during my trip.
I love eating delicious food and cooking. I am willing to share how to cook my hometown food.
I love learning new language, cause I can see different aspect of view from different language. I went to Spain for one year to improve my spanish and experience spanish life style.

PHILOSOPHY

health, love, happiness

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My good friends recommended me this place
Since I studied in Spain until June of 2015, so I could host someone if I didn't travel. Also, I want to travel and meet amazing people around the Europe :)
I hope I can still host travellers when I come back to Taipei. And I am very willing to meet up and show you around my city :)
About hosting couchsurfer, I think it is a good way to make friends and know different culture from all over the world without traveling. About being couchsufer, it is the good way to meet local people and experience deeply the culture and the lifestyle of the local. For me enjoying cheap local food and interesting conversation are more important than taking picture with monuments.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed in France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, Czech republic, Poland and Italy. They were all so great!!
I have hosted people in Salamanca and Taipei too! I have met a lot of amazing people! I believe the most people here are really trustworthy and open-minded :)
