About Me

Hey, nice to meet you! I've just finished my degree on Law at my city in South of Brazil and I'm just about to start traveling and working abroad. I want to have new experiences and meet new people, hear some great stories and make my owns, write my own path. Basically, I'm looking for any kind of experience and people that make me feel connected to this world and show me some other way of living either.

I can say that I'm a very talkative and good humored person. I'm always up to have a good talk and have some good laughs with anyone that crosses my path.

I hope you can accept as a host. Have a good one!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because it's s great way to meet new people and have new experiences. This is awesome! But also I'm here because it's one of the cheapest ways to travel and it's something that I cherish right now.

Interests

Nature, books, stories, music, working, meeting new people, laughing, sharing. Movies, riding a bike, hitchhiking, swimming, having a cup of coffee, eating some good food and some nice drinks. I can say that I like to have fun and share some thoughts with every kind of people, creating a bond if possible. Also I'm very interested on learning different kinds of jobs and occupations that I didn't have contact when I was living in my home town.

Music, Movies, and Books

Jack Johnson, Bob Dylan, Stones, Dire Straits, Xavier Rudd, The Doors, Eric Clapton, BB King, Arctic Monkeys, The Black Keys. I might say that I'm very open about music, of course I can say that the old classic rock is one of my favorites, but I love surf song, alternative rock, blues, good jazz and of course MPB, my country's type of music.

Woody Allen, Almodovar, Spielberg, Clint Eastwood, Tarantino, Christopher Nolan are some of the directors I look up to. Needless to say I love 'old school movies', even though I'm only 23 y'old, I love watching movies and series, but mostly the smart and intelligent ones, those that made me think outside of the box. I must say that I found most of Woody Allen movies great and I really like them.

About my books, well, what can I say, Thoreau, Alan Watts, Kerouac, Jack London, Mark Twain and J.R.R Tolkien are definitely my top 6. But I must say that I'm very open minded about genre of books, you'll never know which book will bring the best story or inspire you the most.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing that I remember very clearly was when I went to Chile, Uruguay and Argentina. It was awesome to see those mountains covered of snow in Argentina, with blue lakes right below them! Chile and Uruguay were great too, both countries have this raw nature on their landscape that I did not see anywhere else. This trip definitely marked my life, because it's the first time that I felt really connected to nature and the world. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I'm a little confused here, because I don't really know what to write here, but let me give it a try. I can say that I'm like an open book, I really love to hear people's stories and tell them my own, camping trips, my trips to Chile, Uruguay and Argentina, some of my brief trip to Italy and Monaco, stuff like that, but my main concern is talking to someone and really listen what they have to say, like their plans, love stuff, whatever they feel comfortable to share with me. I'm very good at it, mostly because learning is one of my priorities.

I don't know what can I teach you, but I have this idea that when a person get in contact with another, if both are of good will, there'll be learning for both of them, each one in their particular way. :)
