I'm pretty busy but I want to be open to the possibility of hosting surfers if everything aligns. I'm not really interested in just providing lodging; I'd like to share knowledge and experiences and feel some sort of connection. This does not mean that I'm seeking to hang out all the time or require you to tell me your deep, dark secrets. I think I'm just seeking significant interaction and authenticity.

These are the first things that popped into my head but if I had to rank them, Magnolia would be first every time.

I like music that sounds good. Music that's honest and has soul..genre doesn't matter. Also (!) music to dance to! I'm not certain, but blues, funk, big band, swing etc is probably my favorite music to dance to.

I'm really into non-fiction sociology/psychology/political philosophy type books.
