Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Becoming a doctor to serve those that need it most.
ABOUT ME
I graduated from college and immediately began teaching high school biology in an urban district. Life changing experience. You have to be flexible, and interested in changing the world to do that job!
I was a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic where I found a bit more of myself and my love of bachata, coffee, and medicine.
I am now a busy medical student!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have couch surfed and have hosted in the Dominican Republic.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I got hooked on couchsurfing after a wonderful experience in Portugal and before joining the Peace Corps I took a 45 day trip around the United States...couches, beds, the car, the tent...mountains, valleys, seashores, onion farms, you name it. I value a couch surfing host that I can learn from and I try my best to teach.
Interests
Learning new languages. Being Outside: Biking, Hiking, Paddling. Visual Art and Music: in nearly all forms, Motown is my favorite music genre. Dancing: I've lived in the country that invented Merengue and Bachata and I love Waltz. Also, spontaneous kitchen dance parties.
