Howdy, I'm Hunter and I was born and raised in Texas. I currently work part-time for my dad who owns a large fishing tackle company called Stanley Jigs/Hale Lure. I handle all of his social media marketing stuff as well as his website. I also work FULL-TIME at a Pinkertons BBQ in Houston Texas as a Pitmaster. We recently made "Texas Monthlys Top 50 BBQ Joint' in Texas which is a HUGEEEEE DEAL since BBQ is a staple food in the south!!!! Im a avid angler, love to hunt birds from ducks to Dove to Pheasant. I'm always game to go to a live concert or music festival.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am flying to Manchester, GB on August 15th and will be traveling around until August21st. I currently work at a BBQ restaurant and we are shutting down for a week to rest so I am taking advantage and doing some traveling since I've always wanted to go to Europe but have never had the chance!! I was recommended to Couch Surfing by a friend who has done it on all of her European excursions!!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had a drinking problem and for years deined I had some till I looked back on my life and realized I had been to jail so many times from drinking so I manned up to what I needed to do to correct the problem and checked myself into rehab in August '16. I have been sober for almost 10months now and I have never been more happy in my entire life!!!
