ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty friendly, easy going guy and try to be compassionate and see the best in people - most of the time! I can happily be domestic for days, pottering about, and other times I like to go out and be something close to wild....other times I mix the two, like when I sing and dance in my room or around the house when nobody's in. Sometimes even when someone is in. The poor things.

I guess I'd be called a 'creative' or perhaps some sort of artist...I perform, make videos, take photos, and have been known to write and paint also.

I try to live quite a healthy life and often eat what some people would call bird food, and I regularly practise yoga and zazen meditation, but I don't think i'd classify myself as hippy if that's the impression you're gauging.

I love meeting new people and hearing about peoples lives and opinions, so couchsurfing is perfect!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I would like to host when possible...if not I´m happy to meet people and show them around my favorite places.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept on a few couches before and I went surfing last year and was told I was a natural, although I got a bit impatient and cold.

Ha Ha. So far I've stayed on two different 'couches' in Berlin, which were both wonderful experiences. I am eager to host if it is compatible with my present situation/housemates wishes...just ask!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Being a flamingo from Alice In Wonderland at a festival in Germany (Fusion) and made more people laugh and smile than I ever have before....getting stoned in the toilets of the super kitsch and fun ´Roses´ bar in Berlin with my friend Rose after we were invited by a Turkish girl called Gul (Rose in Turkish)...and then they later got it on while I danced on my own on the little dancefloor to Roisin Murphy.

I'm a qualified swimming and EFL (English as a foreign language teacher)...so I´d be happy to help people with their English or swimming if they wanted! And I´d also be happy to show people some yoga, but I´m not qualified yet - this is a future aspiration.

I'm keen to learn lots of things but especially other languages, about religions and philosophy, art, foreign food, musical instruments and sports etc...
