About Me
ABOUT ME
I have chased university degrees and primates all over Canada, the UK, Puerto Rico, and Malaysia. These days you'll find me on a dance floor, at my desk searching for the perfect funky house track, or playing stardew valley with a cat on my lap.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've had really positive surfing experiences, and I'm grateful for the chance to meet new people who would otherwise be strangers. These days I'm more interested in meeting up with new people rather than seeking out accommodation or hosting.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had a great time surfing with all kinds of different people in the UK, Iceland, and Japan. Highlights include dinner made from dumpster dive ingredients and road trips around Nagoya prefecture. A string of very small apartments has made it difficult to host travellers, but I've had great experiences every time someone stayed with me.

Teach, Learn, Share
I may have fled academia, but I'm still an Anthropologist. Talk to me about people and primates.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A wide array of impractical but fascinating anthropological knowledge such as why most people don't have room for wisdom teeth.
