I love life and believe it should always be a daring, bold adventure. If you aren't walking down a path that people want to hear about when your old you need to find a new path in life. Love traveling of course. Love health and fitness. Working on cruise ships in the past opened my life up to seeing much more abroad.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't take life to seriously b/c no one gets out alive. You've got to jump off cliffs and build your wings on the day down.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive had mostly good from everyone on here. People always have different expectations and that can be a challenge to wade through sometimes.

兴趣

Running outside, taking a bike ride, going to any beach it doesn't matter. Have lived in warm climates and want to experience more of them but also some cold climates with some big mountains to do some snowboarding on. Im open to anything and anywhere(usually). Love learning new cultures and traditions and experiencing the awesome things that life pours into our lives every single day.

I love music with a good beat say House or dubstep/modestep...and some r and b as well as rock and alternative just depends on my mood and what I'm doing at the time.

Taking a ferry to St John from St Thomas then going to Cinnamon Bay and just taking a moment to breathe in what my eyes were seeing!! Watching whales jump in Alaska while doing a personal training session working on a cruise ship. Feeling like a child seeing the majesty of Magic Kingdom up close. Yosemite under the stars. The first glimpse into the Grand Canyon. Sky diving in Hawaii. Scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef. Snorkeling with monster jelly fish in Fiji.

I learn from everyone b/c I learned a while back that God gave us 2 ears and one mouth to be used in that exact proportion. It's people that have that mixed up that are hard to be around.

Having been hosted and being a host I really feel it's important that hosts do both sides of it to understand what its like. It really can help in understanding the couchsurfer and how they feel whenever they meet their host for the first time and in figuring out what is expected of them which shouldn't be much as long as they are kind and respectful while in our home. Too many expectations can lead to misunderstandings and that's when the purity of this whole thing is lost.
