I'm 22 years old, from Vienna and currently living in California. Back in Austria I'm a Kindergarten teacher. That's why I am happy to work as a live-in-nanny for a gorgeous family in San Diego.

I like to play around on my computer with programs like Photoshop and InDesign. Creating a blog on Wordpress is one of my other projects.

I would consider myself as a curious person. Especially topics like science, history and psychology interest me a lot. Not that I actually know a lot about history or science already but I want to learn everything ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my stay in the States I realized how important traveling is to me. I love the feeling when you are waiting at the airport or the train station to leave for some new place. But besides the different climates or landscapes are the people who make a journey so invaluable. And I found Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to easily meet new people.

Interests

My interests go from horseback riding over beach volleyball to design and music. I love to sing and read (mostly fiction but I'm trying myself on classic literature as well).

When I'm home alone I like to binge watch some TV series on Netflix or read lifestyle articles online (e.g. on Huffpost or Elite Daily).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to go to concerts, especially to music festivals. I usually attend at least one a year. Music I'm listening to is mostly alternative, punk or classic rock. (Muse, Mumford&Sons, AVOLNATION, My Chemical Romance, AFI, etc..)
But I also like the typical clubbing music a la David Guetta and co.

I am into a lot of TV series. Mostly drama and fiction.. (Shameless, Californication, Game of Thrones,...) Besides that I like movies like Star Wars and the Marvel series. But also historic dramas like The Baader Meinhof Complex or Life is beautiful.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to spend time with people. To either play some board games together or cook dinner. Or even just have a glass of wine and philosophize about live.
