Travelling is one of the most important aspects to me in life. I think that it is important for individuals to observe the various cultures that exist around the world and create new relationships.
I am currently a Junior studying business at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon, USA. I am optimistic to experience new social atmospheres, food, dance, and culture. My life long goal is to visit all 7 continents by the time I am 40.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would rather visit a new place and stay with someone who knows the city instead of checking into a soulless hotel. Although I enjoy hostels, I think that Couchsurfing allows me to have a greater chance to experience a new location, have greater insight on the city, and build a great relationship with someone across from a different nation. Eventually, I would like to be a host for Couchsurfing in my own city.

I like all types of music. I listen to it all.
Movies:
I like Star Wars. I don't really watch a bunch of movies, I prefer television series such as Game of Thrones, anything HBO, or anything on Showtime.
Books:
I have always loved Ernest Hemingway's books.
I have been reading books on Southeast Asian cultures&Society,
English History, and Middle Eastern History.

I swam with a Whale Shark. Whale Sharks are the largest extant fish species in the world.

I can help people learn proper English ( and all of the slang words if you want). I can share my expertise on travelling in the US. I am eager to learn from my host and find out the best ways to navigate the city.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can plan on sharing ideas and conversation with hosts. I would like to share a nice meal with my host and include a nice bottle of wine or beer for them for their willingness to let me stay with them.
