I am recently graduated in Physical Education majoring in Exercise Prescription and Sport and Leisure studies so if you need any advice on exercise I can be of help.

I am from New Zealand and LOVE my country and am Maori (the native people there) so am able to share anything about that, I also speak the language so yea :)
