About Me

I'm a pretty chill guy, really easy to get along with and outstandingly tolerant!
I find quite easy to know new people and don't care about stuff as race or social status, we all are made of the same stuff in the end.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been helped and hosted by local people on several countries, never on the coach surfing platform though!! It would be nice to return some favors and meet new people.

Couchsurfing also offers a great chance to know a new city from the inside, in contrast of just following the tours and staying at hotels.

Interests

I love outdoor activities, trekking through jungles, deserts and exotic landscapes.
I think of myself as a writer, I still suck at it, but someday I may get better at it.

Also love to

  • writing
  • breakfast
  • coach
  • walking
  • outdoor activities
  • backpacking
  • surfing
  • mathematics
  • tours

Music, Movies, and Books

Not much of a music fan, I practically listen what's on the radio, I am also not a deep movie fan, I enjoy simple action movies and ALWAYS love when the good guy wins.

Books are another story, I enjoy fiction of all kinds, and am currently under Stephen King's dark spell, I just love everything the dude writes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once fought and defeated a demon spider... while leaving my friends to die in the Peruvian Jungle hahah, nah, they did not die, but they sure were close, we were staying in Iquitos, in a small local hut, bathing in our own sweat, in the middle of the night I was awakened by some faint noises coming from the ceiling, "tik, tik, tik"

When I looked up, I saw a gargantuan spider on the ceiling, so big you could hear it walk!! That's right dudes, the damn tik tiks were his friggin' legs walking on the ceiling!!!! Tolkien's Shelob didn't had shit on this spider.

I tried to wake my roommates but they would simply not come around!, So I did the math, 2 dead guys is way better than 3 dead ones!, So I calmly and reeeeaaally slowly packed my shit, and left the hut to sleep on our old battered Jeep!

As dawn arrived, I was only hoping to hear the death screams of my noble companions, I still feel guilty of smiling the whole time while eagerly waiting for something... but nothing. They woke up, had breakfast with me, unaware that they slept under death's warm breath.

Day passed, we continued exploring the old Iquitos surroundings, and, when I less expected it, I heard the screams I so longed for, from the back seat one of us started squealing like a very distressed piglet... guess who was riding in one of our backpacks with us all frickin day!!??

That ugly 8 legged mofo was with us all time, I lost my shit and bumped the jeep out of the road, almost wrecked our asses out of this world, We survived the ordeal with a damaged jeep axle and a backpack full of demon spider remains.
