Hello! I'm a British guy living in Barcelona since 2019, and before that for a year in Hong Kong. I love meeting new people from all around the world and hearing their stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So far I have co-hosted, surfed and met couchsurfers at meetups. I found so many of these experiences truly enriching and really fun. It's a wonderful way to meet people who you might not cross paths with otherwise. I hope I can do this many more times in the future.

Interests

I love playing and watching sports. My main one to play is football nowadays, but I used to play lacrosse, tennis, squash, rugby, cricket and golf. I'm a big fan of Chelsea Football and of Wales Rugby. I watch England cricket when they're beating Australia.

I love a board game - Chess, Settlers of Catan and 7 Wonders are my favourites.

Apart from that, I enjoy learning about history, languages, geography, culture and science. I've become more and more fascinated with cooking and with music as I've got older. I love learning languages and I've tried my best to learn a few but there's not enough time for them all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most beautiful trip into nature I've done is a week long boat trip in Philippines. Complete disconnection from the outside world and a natural utopia, hopping between gorgeous islands and beaches.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm pretty good at cooking eggs for breakfast - boiled, scrambled, fried, you choose.
