ABOUT ME

I am spending a couple of years driving around North Africa, the Middle East, the Back Sea and elsewhere in my converted four-wheel drive ex-military ambulance, so I might be needing some couches if the damn thing breaks down. Mostly though I would just like to meet people for a coffee, to learn about them and their lives, to make friends and to use their shower! I am a self-employed writer but I am only working to fund the trip, this is not the subject of a book, I am living rather than watching life for once. I am interested in meeting people rather than seeing places, though I love nature and seek beautiful scenery.
