I often enjoy being outside, hiking, swimming, kayaking. I often enjoy gardening, growing flowers, fruits and veggies and herbs. I often like reading about the universe/nature/consciousness. I often enjoy playing guitar and singing, also playing drums. I often enjoy learning about life and people, different ways of seeing and being. I often enjoy spending quiet times alone or with friends. I enjoy holistic ideas and health/lifestyle, conscious communication, honesty... exploring non-duality. I enjoy meditation retreats and exploring This with other folks.
