I am a Vietnamese, currently living in Germany to do my Master/ PhD, who is quite unsure of his future. This irks me very much at the moment.

Other than that, I a very relaxed, open-minded, easy going person. I like to joke about everything, and (potentially) have a good sense of humour (!?). I am not very good with words though, and can be a moron sometimes... (which is most of the time). I am also not good at socializing, so I hope I can improve it.

It has been said (or I have read some where, or it is just my imagination) that travel can be helpful for people who are unsure of themselves to, besides being a valuable experience for everyone. However, I seriously hate skin-deep tourism - i.e. going somewhere just for the sake of seeing it, without learning anything about the land or the history or the people there. I want to get in touch with the local people, to connect with the local culture, and especially to taste delicious authentic FOOD. I want to have a deep cultural immersion. I think with couchsurfing, this will be possible.

And of course I want to enjoy cheap accomodation, I am a very poor college student :(.

Unfortunaly, as I am living in a student dorm with 9 m2, I cannot really make a good host, unless you want to sleep on the floor, or watch me sleep on the floor.
