Overview
About Me
I dream big. I was born and grew up in a small village in Hanoi, Vietnam, where people all think that a girl should only finish her bachelor's degree and get married. I, on the opposite side, want to explore the world out there. I always want to learn new things and explore new cultures. I moved to Tilburg in 2017 to pursue my master's program in Organization Studies, also, to have chances learning Netherlands's and other Europe countries' culture and lifestyle through lens of local people.
I play guitar, ukulele, and I am an amateur photographer for almost 4 years. It is my happiness to capture precious happy moments of people around me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to be a connected dot, to meet and be friends with people from different cultures and countries. I do believe that everything happens for a reason, and meeting a stranger/a prospective friend is not the exception.
I want to introduce you my Hanoi, a city I love wholeheartedly. It is always beyond exciting to show you a giant bookstore in a little corner of a busy street, the best coffee shop in a tiny alley, a peaceful ancient house in the center of the Old quarter, and the "Hanoi" spirit of my beloved city.
My house is a little bit far from the city center that it that you 1-hour driving motorbike or 1.5-hour going by bus, but it is a tranquil countryside that I am quite sure you will love it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I could tell you all the frame in "About time" ;) it edges out of any other movies in my list that I watch it when I am happy or sad, when I need motivation or time to relax.
I will sing with you ""Perfect" - my current addicted rhythm, enjoy "Destiny will wait" from TSFH melody, and play guitar a short part of "Don't worry, dear" - my favorite song of all time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It is not that amazing, but for me, it is remarkable, being a member of Humans of Hanoi and Hanoikids. It is likely that those people - those friends I met on tours and quick talks are people I meet once in a life time. Listening to their unique experience and stories never cease to attract me. I learn from them a lot, and feel that I need to set my footprints in new lands to explore this tiny amazing world.
Teach, Learn, Share
Taking pictures and sharing travel experience. I don't want to teach anyone, it is not about teaching, but about sharing and encouraging other people to do what they like or currently have some favors for. So, for those who want to find some sources of information and inspiration about photograph and travel, I am so willing to talk and share with you my experience.
