I am still studying bioprocess engineering and live in Hamburg for 4 years now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I traveled a lot but never tried Couchsurfing because when I started in 2013 I had no references so no one hosted me unfortunately. That's why I never tried again. Then I wanted to host people in my place in Hamburg but that never happened as well because I never had time for it or I was abroad as well.
I just came back from Brazil and there the people were so open and kind. They offered me to stay with them and it was just an different experience of travelling that is why I want to try it again with Couchsurfing.

Interests

I'm really into traveling, meeting new people and cultures.

In my free time I like to go bouldering. At the moment I'm trying to go 2-3 times a week. If I'm not bouldering I'm trying out new coffeshops or good and cheap places to eat.

But sometimes I also just love it to stay at home cook and watch series the whole day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made so many great experiences but one of the best was when I asked 2 brazilian girls in Brazil if they could take a photo of me. We started talking and they were on holiday as well so I continued my travels with them for a week. I saw them one month later when I visited them in their city and one of the girls offered me to stay at her place. I met her whole family and they invited me to stay and have BBQ with them.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I want to give my guests the same experience I had when I was traveling in Brazil.
