ABOUT ME

Over the last four years I have travelled at every opportunity available, spending time in America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. I consider myself to be engaging, friendly and always up for a new experience. For me nothing beats that tingling feeling down the back of my neck when I arrive in a new city, and that feeling of trepidation as I try and get my bearings! However, I have found the best thing is the people that you meet, and listening to the stories that they have to tell. For that is what travelling is all about!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to coach surfing, and currently cannot have people to stay where I live, hopefully this will change when I get settled somewhere. I want to travel to Burma soon. I am moving to America in September.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am novice, but I am really excited to get involved.

I like to take up new challenges. I am currently trying to learn Russian. I love to read, and to write. I can cook a mean pasta bake. I like to run. I like to chat. I am happiest when sitting on a train, listening to a bit of Dire Straits, watching the world pass by.

Anna Karenina is my favourite book. The Graduate is my favourite film.I listen to most things, currently The Naked and Famous,Mumford and Sons etc, have just rediscovered The Smiths. My fictional heroes are Sandy Cohen and Jed Bartlett.
