ABOUT ME
I finished as a photographer then I lived in the UK for 3 and half years as a volunteer in two international Christian communities. During my time in England I worked as a Chef (what else, being a photographer, right?) It was an awesome experience of living in community with around 90 people from all around the world, from around 14 different countries. I can really relate this with couch surfing too and I am inspired by both, my dream is to build, or to help building these kind of connections back home in Hungary.
Now I work as a youthworker, particularly connected to secondary schools, where our youth movement is building a nationwide communtiy among young people. We organize camps, gatherings and conferences for them, whilest also encourage them to be active participant in their local school.
I love travelling and meeting new people, being challanged by them and learn from them. I've always loved dreaming big dreams and go for them.
PHILOSOPHY
I am Christian, but I don't think of Christianity as a religion, as a set of rules that you have to follow in order to make some distant deity love us. Rather I believe that in Jesus, God came to live among us and by dying and rising again He saved us to a life that we can live to the full and share with others. It's not about whether you go to Heaven, but about whether Heaven starts already right here, right now
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hope the more I find out about it and meet more people who are involved I can take part more and more. In the last 3 years or so, I felt personal responsibility to spread the word about this website and many of my friends tried it and loved it too
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Whenever I travell I try to find people to stay with, because I find it the best way to relate and connect with people, culture and through all these even with myself. I only had positive experiences and I can't wait for more.
